All our products are made-to-order using Print-on-Demand services. Slight variations in color or print alignment may occur due to the custom manufacturing process.

3. Order Process

• Orders are processed only after successful payment.

• Once your order is submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled as it goes immediately into production.

• Please review all product details and your shipping information carefully before placing the order.

4. Shipping

• Shipping times vary depending on your location.

• We offer international shipping where possible.

• Delays caused by customs, carriers, or external factors are not our responsibility.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

5. Prices and Payment

• All prices are listed in EURO.

• We accept secure payments via (Bank transfer, Credit Card, etc).

• The customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

6. Return and Refund Policy

Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:

• Damaged upon arrival

• Misprinted or defective

If this applies, please contact us at contact@zycaso.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and content on this website are the property of ZYCASO or their respective owners and may not be used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bonn, Germany.
