1. No Right of Withdrawal for Custom Products
As our products are made to order and personalized according to customer specifications, the right of withdrawal under EU and German consumer protection law does not apply.
According to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB (German Civil Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
This applies to all products sold on our website, including but not limited to custom-printed phone cases.
2. Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives:
damaged,
defective, or
significantly different from what you ordered,
you are entitled to request a replacement or refund. In this case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3. Return Address
Do not return any products before contacting us. Since we use Print-on-Demand production and fulfillment partners, return procedures may vary depending on your location and the nature of the issue.
